I’m going to show you a simple drill with 13 different variations that you can do anywhere, every single day, that won’t take you more that a few minutes to do and will help you rapidly improve your handles.
Try this once a day, aiming for 3-5 high quality repetitions for each dribble combination. Don’t worry about doing this drill for hours. The key is that you go hard for a few reps.
